Lake Orion plans

Plans are progressing for our December 5-6, 2009, trip to Michigan to go shopping, march in the Orion Area Lighted Parade, and more.

On Friday, December 4th, we will pack uniforms and instruments for the trip on Saturday.  Please remember to bring your uniform parts to school on Friday.

By this point students should have signed up for a room, their bus, and a group for bowling.

We have decided to include a trip to the University of Michigan for their annual Marching Band Concert in Crisler Arena.  This concert will include many of the pieces that were played by the band throughout their season.  We are able to get a discount for the group at $9 per person.  Students can begin bringing in their money for the concert at their earliest convenience.

Fan Club Cards

Great news.  Each Fan Club Card purchased from now on will yield $15 for the instrument programs at Anthony Wayne Schools.  This cash goes directly into our booster account for each and every card purchased.

If you have not yet purchased your card, please go to Fanclubcard.com and enter Marching Generals as your benefit organization.  Remember, these make great Christmas gifts for family and employee groups.  When card memberships are renewed, another $15 will enter our coffers with no student sales, no inventory to control.
