Florida trip Monday morning list

Students who are going on the trip should report to school sometime between 7:30 and 8:15am.

Please complete the following tasks once you get here (in this order)

1.  If your uniform is not already packed, get it packed into a garment bag in the band room.

2.  Turn in any medicines to Mrs. Hoellrich (on the stage).

3.  Put your instrument in the correct location by bus.

4.  Take your luggage and carry on to the auditorium to be checked.

5.  Put a luggage tag on your luggage

6.  Find a seat in the auditorium and wait until we load the buses.

Students who are not traveling to Florida should report to the study hall during band periods.

Rehearsals are on for tomorrow

I just received word from the administration that activities are on for tomorrow.  We will have band camp as scheduled.

Safe drinking water will be provided for the students.  Students are also welcome to bring their own water to practices.

Attached (PDF) is a new calendar (changes have been made in bold), a sports agreement (for students who are participating in a fall sport), and an emergency medical form (EMF). The EMF needs to be filled out by all NEW students.  If you were in band last year – including 8th grade band – you do NOT need to fill one out.  We have last year’s forms and new ones will be copied after registration.

2013 – 2014 DVD Order Form

The annual Anthony Wayne High School Band DVD video for the 2013 – 2014 school year will soon be ready for distribution.

The multiple disc set covers not only the marching season, including all parades, but also includes the concert season as well.

The DVD is only available on a “pre‐order” basis. If you are interested in ordering one or more copies of the 2013‐2014 DVD, please print and fill out the order form (PDF) and return the form with the appropriate payment (cash or checks made payable to AWBB).
